In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the kno89 Platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant to kno89 that, at the time of registration and on each occasion you use the Platform, each of the following statements is true:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. kno89 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy across all products and services. You must be 21 or older to register, deposit, wager, or collect winnings on the Platform.
• Residency: You are a resident of Indonesia. kno89 is designed, marketed, and operated primarily for Indonesian players. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own legal risk and are advised not to register.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are not under any court order or legal restriction that prevents you from entering into this agreement.
• No Prior Ban: You have not previously been permanently excluded or banned from the kno89 Platform or from any other online gaming platform operated by kno89 or its affiliates.
• Self-Exclusion: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period that you have voluntarily initiated on this Platform through the Responsible Gaming tools available in your account dashboard.
• Own Funds: All funds deposited into your kno89 account are your own personal funds and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity.

To access real-money gaming on the kno89 Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing management of your Account:

• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the kno89 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or indirectly through family members, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kno89 may close all accounts, cancel all pending withdrawals, and void all bonuses without prior notice.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Indonesia, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. kno89 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify kno89 immediately by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. kno89 may temporarily suspend your Account while the matter is investigated.
• KYC Verification: kno89 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete a KYC verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

kno89 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Own-Name Payments Only: Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — will be treated as suspicious transactions and may be refunded or frozen pending investigation.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold may be rejected by the payment system automatically.
• No Deposit Fees: kno89 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility.
• Processing Time: Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during WIB business hours. Processing times may be longer on Indonesian public holidays.
• Declined Deposits: kno89 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating account.

kno89 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests submitted through the Platform:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Same-Method Withdrawal: Withdrawals must be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. kno89 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 4 hours during WIB business hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. kno89 targets same-day processing for the majority of withdrawal requests.
• KYC Prerequisite: kno89 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Users who have not yet completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until documentation is submitted and approved.
• Wagering Requirements: Withdrawals of bonus funds or funds derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements having been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement will result in the withdrawal being declined or the bonus funds being forfeited.
• Withdrawal Limits: kno89 may impose maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard. kno89 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

kno89 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian cultural calendar (such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan reload offers, and Indonesian Independence Day events). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated with the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements Apply: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become withdrawable as real money. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds that have not been played through within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Game-specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on your account at any given time. Players who attempt to claim multiple overlapping bonuses may have the duplicates removed.
• Abuse and Exploitation: kno89 reserves the right to void bonuses and suspend accounts where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players to exploit promotional offers.
• kno89 Right to Modify: kno89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, Users will be given reasonable notice and any qualifying wagering already completed will be taken into account.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the kno89 Platform, across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, scratch cards, and video poker:

• Finality of Results: All game and bet outcomes — once confirmed and settled — are final and binding. kno89 will not reverse settled results except in cases of verified technical error or manifest unfairness. Disagreements about settled results must be raised through the formal complaints procedure within 7 days of settlement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has defined minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface or betting slip. Stakes outside these limits will be rejected by the system.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that interrupts a game round or bet in progress, kno89 will use reasonable endeavors to resolve the issue fairly. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, stakes will be returned to the player's account. kno89 is not liable for losses arising from connection failures on the player's side.
• Sports Betting — Odds Changes: Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. kno89 operates under "accepted odds at time of placement" rules — the odds locked in at the moment your bet slip is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Sportsbook — Void Bets: Bets may be voided in the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment beyond a defined period, in accordance with individual sport rules published in the sportsbook section. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's account balance.
• Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets that include one or more voided selections will have the voided leg removed, and the parlay will stand with the remaining selections at adjusted combined odds. Specific rules are published in the sportsbook terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kno89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or through any alias, family member, or associate.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker to gain a systematic advantage over the house or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed solely to extract value from promotional offers without genuine recreational play intent.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your Account or Account balance to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law and where kno89 has published that jurisdiction as a restricted territory.

All content on the kno89 Platform — including but not limited to the kno89 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kno89 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from kno89.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PGSoft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. kno89 operates these games under valid commercial licensing agreements.

kno89 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms part of the agreement between you and kno89.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration of continuous time.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Once the limit is reached, gaming is paused until the period resets.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity interruptions, or force majeure events beyond kno89's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Where kno89 is found liable for any direct loss caused by its own negligence or breach of these Terms, kno89's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by kno89's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

kno89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A chargeback or payment reversal initiated by a User's bank or e-wallet provider without prior communication with kno89 support.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or other legally binding directive requiring suspension.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses and any withheld amounts related to the breach) will be returned to the registered payment method at kno89's discretion following completion of any applicable investigation. kno89 is not obligated to return funds where the closure is related to fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the kno89 support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the normal withdrawal policy, and any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

kno89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, kno89 will provide reasonable advance notice via one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, an email sent to the registered address on your Account, or a notification within your Account dashboard.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Clause 13 before the amended Terms take effect.

The version number and "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflect the current version of these Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

kno89 operates under internationally recognized gaming standards and is committed to fair, transparent, and accountable dispute resolution. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter or formation of the agreement between you and kno89 (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of commercial law.

In the event of a dispute, the following procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact kno89 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours. Please provide your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your concern is not resolved satisfactorily at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Username]". kno89 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.
3. Step 3 — Binding Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
